The SA-30 has been purely designed as genuine alternative to quality vacuum tube designs. It competes extremely well with vacuum tube amplifiers by offering sonic excellence, lower distortion, deep and more controlled bass, sweeter and clean upper frequencies plus excellent reliability. The Belles SA-30 power amplifier sets an even higher standard of performance than a great deal of the competition in the class range. Some of the changes include: - completely new amplifier circuit topology. The new circuit has a complementary differential input stage using bipolar transistors instead of JFET transistors. The output stage uses new mosfet transistors which have superb linearity, lower noise and more realistic sound. These transistors can deliver up to 34 amps of current capability should the need arise.
